As a Guest Service Team Member, you will represent the resort as one of the first and last team members our guests encounter during their Theme Park experience. Your role will be to ensure a seamless, efficient, and memorable entry and exit process through our turnstiles, contributing to an exceptional visit from start to finish. You are expected to be role models in delivering exceptional guest interactions whilst:
Operating till systems and card transactions.
Selling tickets, booking animal experience
Helping guests at the turnstiles and ticket points
Looking after our VIP guests and our Annual Pass Holders
Complaint and conflict resolution
Sharing your park knowledge to answer queries from our guests.
General cleaning and making Crealy a Great Space to work.
Sharing your park knowledge and answering guest queries.
To assist other departments where needed, and to help with the sales of our Annual Passes.
No experience is necessary as full training is provided but a passion for customer services and sales along with a great attitude towards learning new things is a must!
