We are recruiting for Activity assistant, Playworkers and Leaders for our

Summer Kids Camps

in West London. We are working across different primary schools in this region.

Whether you are from a sport, childcare, physical education, teaching, or physical activity background, or maybe you simply want to work with like-minded people, Magna Groups have a position for you.

Working with Team Magna, you will ensure the setting is delivered to the highest standard and fully compliant with Ofsted regulations.

You will be responsible for:

The delivery of a wide range of multi-activity sessions in line with Magna's Specialist activities.

Safeguarding and ensuring the health and safety of children, clients, yourself and your team members.

Working as part of a team being responsible for 15 - 25 children to ensure the safe and effective delivery of all Magna's activities.

Delivering a range of Magna's specialist activities, ensuring your groups of children are safe and most importantly, having fun whilst attending our kid's camp.

Liaising and providing feedback with and to staff, school leader, and parents daily.

Promoting activities to parents and creating memorable moments where the children want to keep coming back for more.

You will need to

o Be a strong communicator, with the ability to vary your communication style effectively dependent on the audience you are addressing.

o Have an eye for detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 4 weeks

Pay: 12.30-13.50 per hour
