Summer Production Operatives

(Fixed Term Contract).

Night shift roles available


Please note the

induction week

will take place Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm to cover all relevant training.

What's in it for you?

16.25 per hour

(calculation based on 12.50 per hour + 30% shift allowance) Plus potential

weekly bonus

of 50 (available from week 5)

Shift details:


44 hours per week, 4 nights (between Sunday and Friday, 6pm - 6am)

All roles will accrue annual leave entitlements.

Our Summer Production Operative roles will provide you with exciting challenges and opportunities within Manufacturing. You will provide excellent support to the Production Team.

About The Role

All roles will include the following key responsibilities:

Achieve production targets and achieve efficient cycle times. Using Tobermore Tablet to complete daily check/snag/ batching sheets accurately. Carry out all required cleaning duties at the end of the shift. Carry out tasks as required and deemed within your competence by your Manager

Required Criteria

Interest in working within a manufacturing / Production environment Self-motivated. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Great communication skills. Good interpersonal Skills. Ambitious and keen to succeed and progress. Team player. Positive outlook. IT literate Very well organised person.

Desired Criteria

5 GCSE's including English & Maths A - C. Production related administration experience such as check sheets/ computer or Ipad. Full and clean driving licence
