Sports Coaches

to join our growing team delivering high-quality enrichment and physical activity in local primary schools and during school holidays.

We work across Slough and Windsor, supporting children aged 4-11 through inclusive sport, creative movement, and wellbeing-led sessions.

About the Role
We are seeking part-time coaches (15-25 hours per week) with opportunities to increase hours and develop into leadership and management roles. You will deliver structured, fun and inclusive sessions that inspire children to move, learn and grow with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging sports and physical activity sessions in primary schools Lead and support before-school, lunchtime, and after-school clubs Assist in running enrichment days, wraparound care, and holiday camps Be a positive role model and create an inclusive, respectful environment Encourage participation, teamwork, and personal development in all sessions
What We're Looking For

A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic individual Previous experience working with children or young people (voluntary or paid) A willingness to learn, develop, and progress within the organisation Good communication and leadership skills A passion for inclusion, wellbeing, and physical education
Essential Requirements

Driving licence and access to own transport (required) Clear enhanced DBS (we can support with this if needed) First Aid and Safeguarding certificates (or willingness to obtain)
