We are seeking a skilled Commis to join our culinary team. The Commis will work under the supervision of our chefs, assisting in food preparation and ensuring high-quality dishes are served.
Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness and organisation.
- Collaborate with senior kitchen staff in supervising kitchen operations.
- Contribute to the efficient production of dishes during service times.
