You will need:
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a kitchen environment
Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety and hygiene
Background in hospitality and customer service
Familiarity with food production processes and restaurant operations
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
You will be required to:
Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
We open 5 days per week - Wednesday to Sunday - and you will be required to work 1 split shift and four straight: we don't serve lunch as it's just too much hassle! Maximum 35 hours per week, 28 days holiday and contributory pension scheme.

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
