In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cleaning and maintenance of our properties, ensuring they meet our consistently high standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. Duties

- Manage changeover of properties between guests, including:

- Changing linen and towels

- Cleaning bath and shower rooms and ensuring toiletries are kept refilled

-Ensuring all kitchen utensils, crockery, and other equipment are cleaning and ready for the incoming guests and making and placing the essentials pack in each apartment

- Vacuuming and mopping throughout and removal of all rubbish

- Dusting and wiping all surfaces

- Refreshing sundries such as tea and coffee and placing hampers into properties

-Conducting inspections and reporting any damage or maintenance problems after guest visits and replacing any items when required.

- Cleaning windows internally

- Ensuring all properties are ready prior to guest check in

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred but not essential. Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness in all tasks performed. Ability to work independently A valid driver's licence and a car
