We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a SUNDAY. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. An interest in health / beauty / skincare an asset.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer phone calls promptly and handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and welcoming at all times.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.
Take payments from clients in cash and card format.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Coordinate appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
Support administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Proficient in computerised systems, including Google Suite and QuickBooks.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
Attention to detail in all aspects of work, particularly in data entry tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
