If you're confident, good with people, and have retail experience, we'd love to hear from you for this new opportunity at our popular charity shop in Bridport.
Responsibility to manage all aspects of the store on a Sunday
A fabulous opportunity to gain supervisory experience, or use existing skills to help a good cause
Be part of an established retail chain in Dorset
Eligible for Charity Worker Discount on major brands
This job would see you taking charge on a Sunday. We've got a team of terrific volunteers, and you'll be working with them to make sure that the shop is welcoming and well presented.
No two days are the same in our shops, so you'll need to be friendly, confident, and willing to take a hands on approach in everything from outstanding customer service though to ensuring the shop floor is well presented and welcoming.
Everyone who comes through the door, whether it's to shop or donate goods, should have a positive experience so that they'll make Weldmar their charity shop of choice in future.
Although the shop is part of a well-established chain of Weldmar retail outlets across Dorset, as Sunday Supervisor you will have the responsibility for all aspects of the operational running of the shop in the Managers absence, which makes a direct difference to the care we provide to our patients and their families in Dorset.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check is not required for this role
