Sunday Supervisor

The Role:

As a Weekend Supervisor, you'll support the store management team by helping to oversee operations during busy weekend shifts. You'll be a key team player, stepping up to ensure everything runs smoothly while maintaining our high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop leadership skills in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the store management team in the smooth running of the store during weekends. Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service. Supervise the team on shift, offering guidance and support as needed. Assist with opening and closing duties when required. Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and product presentation. Ensure health and safety and food hygiene procedures are followed. Contribute to a positive, friendly, and productive store environment.

. You have experience in a customer-facing role and are confident taking responsibility. You're a team player who enjoys supporting and motivating others. You're reliable and available to work both Saturdays and Sundays. Supervisory experience is an advantage, but not essential - full training will be provided.
