Role Purpose:
Being an amazing partner for our awesome customers across the beautiful Sunshine Coast, stretching from Bundaberg to Sandstone Point / Bribie Island. Being a leader within our dynamic Sales Team, being an owner and leader for your region, driven by results. Present in the field, visiting customers everyday.
Responsibilities:
Achieve appointed sales targets, distribution and visibility objectives within alcohol retail trade, and hybrid accounts in your region
Develop partnerships with key customers and expand your network
Work with our wholesalers in your region to consistently grow volume
Spend 90% of your time in the field, calling on accounts in your territory
Accurate and detailed Daily / Weekly / Montly planning and reporting routines with our Sales CRM software
Undertaking in-store tastings where required and being BrewDog's Ambassador for your region
Be a brilliant team member - looking after your teammates, celebrating each other's success and lending a hand when needed
After hours work and weekend work (on the rare occasion) will sometimes be a requirement of this role

2yrs of experience in selling drinks brands with Off-Premise / alcohol retail accounts / On-Premise
Existing customer network within the Sunny Coast region
Ideal Knowledge
Working knowledge of, and a network within the Australian brewery landscape
Working knowledge of Australian regional wholesalers and logistics suppliers
Working knowledge (and existing network) of key customers in On and Off-Trade within Australian beer
Knowledge of cyclical business planning / reporting / tracking for an FMCG business
Knowledge of Beer / Beer Styles / Beer History
Key Skills
Strong organisational planning and prioritising skills (weekly tasks)
Basic negotiation skills
Strong communicator with internal and external stakeholders
A confident public speaker
