Your Role:

As a Performance Vehicle Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of top-tier sports cars. You'll be expected to deliver exceptional standards in diagnostics, servicing, and repair, ensuring every vehicle leaves our workshop in peak condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and mechanical repairs Inspect vehicles thoroughly and complete accurate documentation Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve faults efficiently Conduct road tests to verify repairs and ensure optimal performance Communicate technical findings clearly with service advisors and clients Maintain workshop cleanliness and uphold all health & safety protocols Assist in mentoring junior technicians and supporting team development Stay current with the latest tools, technologies, and industry practices

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification (or equivalent) Minimum 5 years' experience as a technician (performance/sports car experience preferred) Proven diagnostic and fault-finding skills Strong understanding of automotive electrical and mechanical systems Full UK driving licence (clean preferred) MOT tester certification (beneficial but not essential) High attention to detail and a methodical approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passion for performance vehicles and delivering top-tier workmanship
