An opportunity to set up and lead pharmacy in a premium clinical setting

The Medical Chambers Kensington is a well-established, highly regarded multi disciplinary private medical clinic located in the heart of Kensington. We are now launching a

brand-new in-house private pharmacy

, and we are looking for an exceptional

Superintendent Pharmacist

to set it up and lead its operations.

Greenfield leadership opportunity

Set up the pharmacy from scratch -- oversee GPhC registration, create SOPs, select stock, and establish service standards that reflect our values of quality and discretion.

Your responsibilities

Lead the setup and successful

GPhC registration

of our new on-site pharmacy Act as the

Superintendent Pharmacist

for the Clinic Develop, implement and maintain

SOPs and clinical governance structures

Provide

pharmacist-led clinical services

to private patients Work closely with clinicians to optimise prescribing and enhanced patient experience Ensure full

regulatory compliance

with GPhC, MHRA and relevant legislation Recruit, train and supervise pharmacy staff (with support) Champion high standards of

patient care, accuracy and confidentiality

What we're looking for

UK-registered

practising pharmacist

Eligible to act as a

Superintendent Pharmacist

Experience in

private, independent or specialist pharmacy settings

preferred Strong working knowledge of

clinical governance and GPhC requirements

Excellent communication and leadership skills Motivated by innovation and building something of your own Available to work

full-time

Basic salary of up to 60,000 and performance related bonus
