Duties

Monitor inventory levels and assist with merchandising to optimise product displays. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive shopping experience. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards. Implement company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance for reporting purposes.
