In this vital role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our foster carers and the children in their care receive exceptional support.
You'll be responsible for:
Recruiting and assessing
prospective foster carers.
Supervising and supporting
our existing foster carers and the children and young people placed with them.
Providing high-quality and professional services
to support foster carers and their placements.
Completing all necessary documentation
accurately and efficiently.
Essential Criteria:
Qualified Social Worker
Full UK Driving Licence
and access to a vehicle.
Current registration
with the relevant social work regulatory body (e.g., Social Work England).

Duties
Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored support plans.
Provide counselling and emotional support to individuals and families facing various challenges.
Manage case files, ensuring accurate documentation of client interactions and progress.

Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Develop and implement programmes aimed at improving client outcomes.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients.
