We are currently recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Supervising Social Worker to support kinship foster carers in delivering the best possible outcomes for children and young people across Gloucestershire on a part time basis.

Our Kinship Support Team uses high-support, high-challenge, restorative and relationship-based practice. You'll work collaboratively with foster carers and professional partners to ensure that every child's voice is heard and their needs are met.We are a hybrid team, who work closely with each other and colleagues within the other support teams and colleagues in the commissioning services to ensure best outcomes for children and their families.




About You
