Supervising Social Worker- Hybrid- West Midlands

Hybrid- 1-2 days in office in Syston- Caseload West Midlands

Salary up to \xc2\xa339,000 based on experience

An independent fostering agency are looking for a social worker to join their growing team to take on a realistic and manageable caseload in the West Midlands as a supervising social worker

This role is hybrid based where travel is only expected to the office 1- 2 days a week in giving you a better work life balance and who doesn\xe2\x80\x99t want that?

In this role you will be supporting, supervising and assessing foster carers to ensure that the best possible service can be provided for the families and children.

Having previous fostering experience is ideal however if you have other transferable skills in childrens services please feel free to apply away!
