A well established independent fostering agency are looking for a social worker to join their growing team to take on a realistic and manageable caseload as a Supervising Social Worker in Wolverhampton.
This agency uses a therapeutic approach in everything they do and also have an Outstanding Ofsted.
This role is hybrid based and with a manageable caseload, this means you\xe2\x80\x99ll be getting a better work life balance and who doesn\xe2\x80\x99t want that!
In this role you will be supporting, supervising and assessing foster carers to ensure that the best possible service can be provided for the families and children.
The ideal candidate would be an experienced fostering social worker so please feel free to apply away!
