Job Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise to enhance the shopping experience Collaborate with team members to meet store sales goals and maintain a positive working environment Support inventory management processes, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts

Qualifications

+ 2+ years of experience in a retail or customer service role + Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
