Iconic historic pub on outskirts of Bath

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our expanding team at The Packhorse in a beautiful village outside of Bath. Saved by the community and trading now for over 7 years, the business continues to go from strength to strength, we're looking for a strong team player to assist in the day to day running of the business.

Responsibilities will include:

- Offering the best possible guest experience.

- Impeccable standards of hygiene.

- Opening and closing of the pub to the highest of standards

- Being committed to the team and able to motivate, train and mentor the crew.

- Assisting in all aspects of stock management.

- Able to ensure the security and safety of the team & business at all times.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both senior and junior members of the team.

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be given to the right candidate. We also offer NVQs through the workplace for those who are looking to grow in their hospitality career.
