Responsibilities:

You will support the Store Management to inspire and coach the team Lead by example to deliver excellence. KPI driven and commercially aware of the business performance Embrace high standards of visual excellence Create customer loyalty and stay connected Support, respect, and coach your fellow crocodiles Assure the performance of the store as well as customer satisfaction Promote the culture and values of the company within the team

A successful candidate will have:

Experience in a similar role, within the Fashion/Luxury sector Dynamic approach, like to work in a team Leadership skills Performance and results-oriented Committed to apply LACOSTE's values (Play by Daring, Play with Elegance, Play as one Team, Play with Tenacity) Honest with a can-do attitude Patience, with the desire to help others Knowledge of one or more foreign language(s) is a plus for this position
