We are looking to hire a motivated individual to join our team as a supervisor at our award winning guest house in Bourton on the Water. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, have experience in delivering excellent customer service and be motivated to learn.

Up to 45 hours per week.

Ideal candidate will have experience in delivering excellent customer service and housekeeping--training provided on the job

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and set up the buffet breakfast. Serve breakfast and talk with guests in the dining room. Maintain our high standards in the housekeeping department Tidy and maintain the stock room and back of house areas Check guests in providing them with local knowledge Ensure guests are looked after by booking taxis, restaurants etc. Answer the phone and emails. Book guest in on our booking system Ensure the security of the building is kept on top of by locking up at the end of the shift. The ideal candidate will take a real pride in their work, have a can-do mindset, have great time management skills and the ability to adapt to situations. They will be able to communicate with customers face to face, providing the best customer service and making our guests feel valued in every way.
