Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations within the kitchen and dining areas to ensure high standards of food production and service. Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and teamwork. Monitor food preparation processes to maintain quality control and adherence to health and safety regulations. Assist in training new employees on food preparation techniques, bartending skills, and customer service excellence. Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure cleanliness and organisation. Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution that enhances guest satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hotel or restaurant industry is essential. Strong background in culinary practices, food production, and kitchen management preferred. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and development. Familiarity with bartending practices is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers. A passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
