Overview:

An exciting opportunity for an energetic, passionate and customer service driven individual to join the Ralph Lauren Flagship family.
As a Sales Lead you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieving sales, through delivering a one team, one family that is focused on the customer
Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Product Knowledge

Requires expert knowledge of the merchandise in assigned product area in store Teach colleagues the key RL Fundamental Icons Storytell around our sensibilities Expert with seasonal range launches Communicate product feedback
