As a Supervisor, you will be expected to support and deputise for the Assistant Manager when they are on days off or on leave. As a Supervisor, you will be experienced in ensuring a seamless and quality customer experience for all our guests including bar, dining areas and accommodation. From the initial reservation to checking out or leaving our pub, you will provide our customers with an outstanding experience through delivering excellent customer service skills, exceeding the expectations of the customer throughout their visit.
Supervises team members in their duties and performance, providing feedback and encouragement where necessary, and advises the general manager with regard to their performance
Motivates, guides, and mentors team members to exceed goals and create a positive environment during shifts
Supervise team members in their duties ensuring all service and operating procedures are followed
Foster a positive and encouraging working environment between team members
You will be expected to deliver the role of front of house team member as part of your daily duties including supervising when required
Follow all processes and procedures in line with the Company's best practice
Ensure all front of house storage, service and stock areas are left clean and tidy at the end of service, reconciling stock back to sales
Follow Health and Food Safety hygiene procedures at all times
