Job Description

We are currently seeking a Supervisor to join our growing team at Three Wise Monkeys Colchester.

Our flagship venue in the heart of Colchester is known for its vibrant atmosphere, huge range of quality beers and a passionate focus on smoked American-style barbecue and burgers. The venue hosts a large range of Live music and other events and functions throughout. We also house a thriving basement gin bar and a restaurant floor.

We are looking for an individual with an amazing personality, with a love of the industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Main responsibilities include:

General day to day running of the shift as directed by the Duty Manager. Administrative duties as directed by the General Manager. Daily accounting duties as required. Adhere to all Health and Safety, Fire Safety and Licensing laws at all times. Maintaining high levels of cleanliness throughout. Dealing with customer enquiries and bookings. Be at the forefront of staff motivation and morale. Undertaking ongoing training with new and existing staff.
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front of house team. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests. You will also play a key role in training new team members and be a part of developing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet. Previous experience in a supervisory role is essential.
