We are seeking a skilled and motivated Supervisor to lead a responsive maintenance team in the Coalville area. You will be responsible for managing operatives delivering day-to-day repairs across social housing contracts, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise operatives to ensure timely and effective completion of responsive repairs.
Conduct pre- and post-inspections, ensuring works meet specification and quality standards.
Liaise with residents, client representatives, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service excellence.
Monitor health and safety compliance and ensure adherence to company policies.
Manage variations, material orders, and maintain accurate records.
Report regularly to the Contract Manager on progress, issues, and team performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
certification.
Full UK driving licence
- essential for site visits and operational mobility.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within responsive maintenance or a similar environment (ideally)
Strong knowledge of social housing repairs and relevant legislation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
IT proficiency, including experience with job management systems.

Pay: 37,000.00-42,000.00 per year
