Shift work example

Friday morning/day / evening /open to close

Saturday morning/day/evening

Sunday morning/day/evening

during the week Mon Thurs evening (the odd day)

subject to change and more hours with school off.

Responsibilities and Duties



Reporting to the manager. Organise workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties.

Firm grasp of company policies

Working with the public and having good communication skills.

Receive complaints and resolve problems. Ability to remain calm under pressure

Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.

Working in a team environment.

Cleaning duties.

Reporting any issue to management and logging everything in daily logbook.

Being flexible, rostered in advance.

Good time keeping.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.77 per hour

Education:

A-Level or equivalent (required)
Experience:

Retail sales: 2 years (required) customer service: 2 years (required) till operation: 2 years (preferred)
Language:

English (required)
Licence/Certification:

UK drivers license (preferred)
Work Location: In person
