We're on the lookout for two friendly, experienced
Supervisor
to join the team atEdinburgh's
newest venueCafe Calton
.This is full time position for
40-hour-per-week
role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about excellent service.What You'll Do:
Support the senior management team with the day-to-day running of the venue Lead by example on the floor and behind the coffee machine Open and close the venue, supervise shifts, and support junior staff Ensure consistent service standards and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests
What We're Looking For:
Previous supervisor or senior front-of-house experience Positive, proactive, happy attitude and a genuine love of hospitality Previous
barista experience
and confidence in preparing coffee is preferred Organised, reliable, and comfortable taking the lead when neededMinimum 40 hours per week with mixed shift pattern
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From 26,500.00 per year
