I'm looking for an experienced supervisor to join our team at The Saltoun Inn in Fraserburgh, United Kingdom.

As a member of the management team, you will be an integral part of our team, helping to ensure the smooth running of the business and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is a full-time position based at Saltoun Square, Fraserburgh AB43 9DA.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the General Manager in daily operations of the business

- Manage and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service by leading from the front

- Oversee the ordering and stock control of food and beverages

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner

- Assist with staff training and development

- Help with marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership abilities and a positive attitude

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
