Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and in leading a team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This position will be for 20 hours per week, but during busy periods more hours may be required.
Duties:
- Oversee daily Front of house operations.
- Supervise staff members during shifts to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist in the training and development of staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve operational goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong culinary skills and leadership qualities
Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel, hospitality, or restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and customers professionally
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for delivering high-quality food service
