Supervisor

to join our team at

Fayre Play

--Glasgow's one-of-a-kind adult fairground venue that brings the fun, energy and nostalgia of a carnival to nights out and team events.

This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to solve problems and keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Lead the team on shift

- organise breaks, allocate roles, keep energy and standards high and work alongside on-site managers

Deliver top-tier customer service

- friendly, fun and ready to problem-solve

Maintain the venue upkeep

- keep the venue clean, presentable and running like clockwork

Keep the games alive

- support with day-to-day troubleshooting of machines and game equipment (training provided)

Help make the magic happen

- contribute ideas, support events, and be part of a creative, collaborative crew
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in sucessfully organsing and leading a team (minimum 1 year experience in a similar role) Bar trained is preferable but not necessary Great people skills - you're confident, approachable, and know how to lead a team in your stride Calm under pressure - things move fast, but you stay cool and calm to get things done in a timely manner Natural organiser - you're proactive, solution-focused, and can juggle tasks as you go Experience with woodwork and circruitry for the games would be a great help but isn't a requirement.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.86 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
