The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Supervisor to support the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a genuine love for Italian cuisine, we use resdiary as our booking system and rota ready as our rota system so any previous work with this systems are appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Manage reservations and coordinate with the kitchen to optimize service flow. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations. Support the Assistant and General Manager in administrative tasks, including scheduling and inventory management.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisor role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in reservation and point-of-sale systems. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. A passion for Italian food and culture is highly desirable
