Vroni's is an intimate wine and champagne bar in Glasgow city centre. With over 20 years of trading, we aspire to stay at the forefront of the ever-changing global wine market and are excited to have the opportunity to bring you onto our team.

We are looking for an experienced supervisor who is passionate about great wine, cocktail trained, can lead a team

and are excited to further develop our busy bar. Since this is a bartending role we do expect applicants to have the ability to deliver confident drinks service to our customers. Experience in leading shifts and cashing up are essential.

The Role:

Assist the manager to supervise the daily operations of Vroni's. Use your drinks knowledge to ensure proper drinks service, showcase your own creations and contribute to menu development. Lead the team in the manager's absence. Uphold Vroni's brand by maintaining an extremely clean environment and providing great service to our customers. Opening and closing the business, cashing up, and ensuring checklists/reports are completed correctly.

Pay: 13.75 per hour

Experience:

Bartending: 2 years (required) Supervising: 2 years (required)
