We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced late night environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, managing daily operations, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on the floor, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards. Manage team performance, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and morale. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers. Pay: Up to 13.00 per hour
