The Engineer, Harpenden forms part of a locally owned pub group, Fishermann Pubs, well renowned in North Hertfordshire. Our pubs are all unique and the food offer is critical to our ongoing success as well as a diverse drinks range, live sports, large outdoor drinking and dining areas, regular entertainment and above all great customer service.

We are looking for a strong leader to help with the day to day running of our busy pub.

Duties will include:

Cashing up and locking up Building rapport with customers Reservations Dealing with guest queries Health and safety standards Cellar management Shift management Staff training Event planning Running of a busy food service 200+ covers Live sport management General maintenance Kerb appeal Cleanliness
