Job Description

We are looking for supervisory staff that are 18+ due to licensing laws.

We are looking for someone that has experience and once completed the probationary period will be able to complete Lockups on a weekly rota basis

Experience in this job role is essential

Responsible for the service of food and beverages to the guests in a friendly and courteous manner. To provide efficient, appropriate and courteous service to the guests leading to guest and company satisfaction. Giving high levels of customer service throughout.

To include the setting up / clearing tables, serving food, selling & preparing drinks and other tasks that may occur during the daily running of the pub / function rooms.

Responsible for the cleanliness of all areas worked, including furniture, floors, walkways and storage areas. To check glasses, cutlery and crockery are maintained to the high cleanliness standard and are suitable for use.

Whilst working on the bar, maintain the ID policy (Challenge 25) where applicable.

Taking orders, payments, inquiries and bookings via phone or in person whilst following all required procedures in place.

Ensure the bar and waiting on areas are clean, presentable and properly stocked with items needed. To use the First in first out (FIFO) rotation system with stock. To ensure all deliveries are checked for dates and wiped down before put away.

To assist fellow staff in areas when needed.

The ideal candidate will have cellar knowledge, cashing up and restaurant service skills.

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
