Qualifications Required

Level 2 Food Safety in Catering (If you do not have this qualification, we are happy for it to be obtained once working within the role, the cost is 24, which can be deducted from the first month's salary) First Aid at Work (we will pay for you to take this course if you do not hold it)

Main Job responsibilities

To be a key holder of the site and to open and close the cafe independently. To manage and motivate the team leaders, cafe assistants/pot washers. Preparing food and drinks freshly to order, serving on the till, kiosk and kitchen area. To observe and work strictly to all hygiene and health and safety regulations, filling in any relevant paperwork required. Handling customer enquiries and passing any complaints on to the Supervisor/Manager if required Greeting and advising customers in a polite and welcoming manner. To clean to a high standard the kitchen area, cafe and surrounding outside space following strict guidelines. To assist the supervisor with paperwork, training, interviewing and following through with new initiatives. To be responsible for cash handling, float management, control of change and till reconciliation. To ensure a detailed record is taken detailing money in and out of the safe To place orders with suppliers and manage stock rotation

Pay: 10.00-13.10 per hour
