Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will play a key role in managing staff, merchandising products, and maintaining a well-organised retail environment.

Duties

Assist in managing store operations and staff to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth. Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximise product visibility and appeal. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the store. Handle administrative tasks including inventory management, scheduling, and reporting. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with excellent communication skills. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the Store Manager on areas for improvement.

Skill

Proven management experience with a focus on team leadership and development. Strong background in retail management and sales management practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff alike. Proficient in merchandising techniques to enhance product presentation. Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Administrative experience to support operational efficiency within the store. Strong phone etiquette for professional communication with customers and suppliers. Highly organised with attention to detail to maintain store standards. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.60 per hour
