Job Summary:



The Site Supervisor supports the management team by leading shifts, supervising staff, and ensuring high standards of customer service, safety, and cleanliness across the site. This is a key leadership role for those looking to build experience in leisure or hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities:

Shift Leadership

Take charge of day-to-day operations during assigned shifts.

Ensure all staff are in position, performing their roles correctly, and motivated.

Monitor activity areas, including inflatables, cafe, and reception, to ensure smooth operation.

Communicate clearly with General and Assistant Managers on shift performance and any incidents.

Customer Service

Act as a first point of contact for customer queries or concerns.

Step in to resolve complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary.

Lead by example in delivering a positive, fun, and safe customer experience.

Health & Safety

Ensure staff follow health & safety and hygiene protocols.

Conduct routine safety checks, including inflatable area walkarounds and cleaning audits.

Report and record any incidents or hazards in line with company policies.

Team Supervision

Support the training of new team members and help with on-the-job coaching.

Provide feedback to staff during and after shifts.

Assist with team briefings and shift handovers.

Operational Duties

Open and close the site when required.

Help monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation.

Perform basic administrative tasks (e.g., daily checklists, reporting issues, and shift notes).

Skills & Experience:

Experience in a customer-facing or team-leading role (hospitality, leisure, or retail preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.

Able to manage multiple tasks during busy periods.

Basic First Aid and Food Hygiene qualifications are a plus (training can be provided).

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
