California Coffee & Wine is a brunch & coffee spot located between Hale and Altrincham. We roast our coffee beans on-site, serve California/Mexican-inspired brunch by day... transforming into a funky small plates & wine bar on weekend evenings.

We take pride in our efficient and friendly service, and continuously strive to deliver exceptional customer service in an up-beat and fast-paced atmosphere.

We are looking for a dynamic SUPERVISOR & KEY HOLDER to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a SUPERVISOR & KEY HOLDER you will:

manage and motivate staff on your shift be responsible for the opening and closing of the business serve guests in a friendly and efficient nature work closely with the kitchen team to promote specials and communicate menu items which are out of stock organise a small team of staff whilst on shift and show leadership respond to customer queries and complaints meet and greet customers, organise table reservations and offer advice about menu and wine choices maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety comply with licensing laws and other legal requirements. be available to work a 40+ hour contract over five days/week

Pay: From 13.00 per hour
