We are looking for a Supervisor/Keyholder for our InflateSpace site based in Middlesbrough (Captain Cook Square).
This role will be able to offer from 20 to 35 hours per week (3-5 days per week between hours 9am-7:30pm). Experience in a keyholder or supervisor role is essential.
This is a varied role and will include opening/closing the centre, cashing up and working on several departments within the business including the inflatable arena, reception and servery.
Please note this role requires Weekend and School Holiday working.
As a Supervisor/ Keyholder you will support the site manager on the day-to-day business operations, dealing with over 25 staff and members of the general public. Our management team has a very 'hands on' approach and will be working in various departments in the business .
Responsibilities and Duties
Your responsibilities will include:
Opening and closing the facility
Help induct, train, manage and develop staff (and discipline when necessary)
Ensuring all cleaning tasks, safety checks, repairs and maintenance work is completed and documented.
Organising staff ROTA's and cashing up tills at the end of the day
Ensure employees are providing exceptional customer service levels in all areas of the business.
Monitor staff performance in various departments and provide performance related reviews and appraisals to all members of staff
Deal with any customer issues or complaints
Ensure all health and safety standards, first aid, and operating procedures are adhered to on site
Promote and advertise the business when required
Monitor stock levels and order when necessary

Experience:
Work experience within business, management or administration within the leisure industry is helpful. Experience managing a team or working in a fast-paced environment would also be beneficial.
