Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or culinary sector. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and motivation. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with staff and customers. Knowledge of food production techniques and food preparation processes. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to help resolve conflicts efficiently.
