Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations within the restaurant, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
Train new employees on procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times.

Collaborate with management to develop menus, implement new recipes, and enhance overall dining experiences.
Opening and closing the establishment.
Qualifications
