Maintain high energy and positivity on the shop floor, always acting as an example for outstanding customer service
Ensure fitting room zoning is always adhered to, to ensure an efficient and smooth customer experience whilst prioritising
stock loss
Work with the SM to implement and monitor stock loss prevention strategies with the team
Support the SM in conducting training with the team when required
Highlight individual and team achievements, celebrate successes, and highlight positive sales trends within your team
Address performance issues promptly and provide ongoing monitoring for underperforming team members
Support the SM in managing underperforming team members when required
Customer Service + Store Atmosphere
Ensure all team members deliver an exceptional level of customer service, greeting customers and providing styling
support when required
Ensure the music played in store aligns with the brand and different music is played during peak FF periods to keep an
upbeat atmosphere in store
Identify opportunities to strengthen the team's customer service style by reviewing interactions and coming up with new
ways to engage with customers
Merchandising
Work with the SM to curate the visual merchandising (VM) to reflect current trends and the best stock on hand each week
Conduct a daily store walk-through to identify opportunities for VM adjustments at the start of each day
Monitor best-selling items, categories, and trends through customer interactions and sales reports and ensure these items
are strategically placed in key locations to drive sales
Ensure VM standards are always upheld to the highest possible standard by the team, as stated in the staff handbook
Coach the team on visual merchandising and curation standards when required
Assist the SM with the execution of the Company's Repricing Policy on a weekly basis
Marketing
Assist the SM in executing the store's social media calendar, including content creation and posting schedule
Work with the SM to strategise ways to convert local customers to follow our social media accounts
Ensure all social media content created by the store team aligns with the brand's guidelines
Drive Instagram sales by showcasing strong product via Stories and replying promptly to purchase requests, ensuring a
high level of customer service is delivered via DMs
Finances
Support the Store Manager (SM) in driving weekly and monthly sales targets
Monitor and report on the stores sales performance in EOD emails and weekly reports when required
Collaborate with the SM to devise a strategic Plan of Action (POA) to achieve the store's weekly targets
Record daily cash takings and follow the company's cashing up procedures in the absence of the SM
Operations
Ensure daily checklists are completed at the start and end of each day to meet opening and closing standards
Maintain a clean and organised store environment, including back-of-house (BOH) areas.
Ensure all handovers are followed and communication is shared if the handover is not completed for whatever reason, you
must also write handovers before your day off
Support the SM in monitoring stock levels of packaging, stationery, and other commonly used store items, ensuring timely
ordering to avoid disruptions
Manage the key handover schedule when required
