to help lead our front-of-house experience in the heart of Mayfair.

About the Role - What You'll Do

As our

Supervisor

, you'll be a key part of the front-of-house leadership team, supporting daily operations and ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless, vibrant experience. You'll help oversee the service floor, guiding the team and delivering Amazonico's signature warm and lively hospitality.


You will:


Support the management team in leading and motivating the front-of-house staff Ensure smooth day-to-day service, even during peak hours Lead by example on the floor, delivering standout guest interactions Help manage floor plans and guest flow alongside the reservations and bar teams Mentor junior team members and support with training and development Liaise with the kitchen and bar to maintain fluid service and communication Step in confidently when senior management is off-site to uphold Amazonico standards

What We're Looking For

Prior experience as a Senior Waiter, Head Waiter, or Supervisor in premium or luxury hospitality A confident, hands-on leader with a guest-first mindset Excellent organisational skills and a calm, composed presence under pressure A passion for teamwork, service excellence, and creating unforgettable moments
