We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Duties

Oversee daily operations within the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring efficient food preparation and service. Manage and train staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen. Coordinate food production schedules to meet service demands while minimising waste. Assist in menu planning and development, utilising culinary expertise to enhance guest satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism, ensuring a high level of hospitality. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.

Skills

Proven experience in supervising roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong culinary skills with a background in food preparation and cooking. Excellent leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to ensure compliance. Experience in kitchen management, including food production processes. Familiarity with barista techniques is advantageous for establishments offering coffee services. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff and customers alike. Previous experience in hotel environments is beneficial but not essential.
