Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team in our stores in London. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant/kitchen operations, with a focus on food preparation and kitchen management. As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service.

Duties

Oversee daily operations within the kitchen and shopfloor to ensure efficiency and high standards of service. Supervise and support kitchen staff to maintain a productive work environment. Assist in food preparation, ensuring that all products meet quality and food safety standards and are prepared in a timely manner. Train new employees on proper procedures, food safety practices, and customer service expectations. Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate supplies for food preparation and service. Address any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with management to improve operations, team morale and company standards

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Able to work in a kitchen while following and implementing food safety and health and safety guidelines Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
