Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and motivate the customer service team, ensuring all employees provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service.

Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly. Ensure that all customers leave the shop satisfied with their experience.

Assist in training new team members on customer service best practices, product knowledge, and company policies. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff.

Help manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. Assist with scheduling and ensuring adequate staffing levels.

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the customer service area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Stay informed about the shop's menu offerings, promotions, and specials to assist customers effectively and enhance the overall customer experience.

Assist in executing marketing initiatives and upselling products to enhance sales. Provide feedback on customer preferences and suggestions for new offerings.

Report to the Store Manager on customer service performance, team issues, and any areas for improvement. Assist in developing strategies to enhance service quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 38,700.00-40,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
