Duties

Supervise daily operations within the kitchen or service area, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Coordinate food preparation and presentation to guarantee quality and consistency in all offerings. Train, mentor, and support team members in their roles, promoting professional development and teamwork. Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Collaborate with management to implement new procedures or improvements that enhance productivity and service quality. Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food production or culinary settings; experience in hospitality or bartending is advantageous. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business needs.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 11.44-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
